Bronze Medal: My 10th Year Achievement

Today, on 13th of December, the medal recipients gathered in the Thromdey Office of Phuentsholing along with our Chief Guest the "Executive Secretary". When the Chief guest said, "this award of medal is the vision of our Majesty and it is to honor the hardship and effort of our service to Tsa-Wa-Sum", I really felt motivated and encouraged.
The recipients then received the medals in order from lifetime medal achievement to gold, silver,  and bronze respectively. When it was my turn, I heard the cheers and claps inside me, I was feeling happy and proud to receive my Bronze Medal because the medal signify my 10 years of dedication to my Profession.  Moreover it is the REWARD from our Majesty and as said by George Elliot, "The reward of one duty done is the power to fulfill another".

Therefore, I heartily thank our King for bringing up such a wonderful initiative to reward the Civil Servant. It was indeed a great honor,  to receive this medal.
After receiving, I wondered how far I came and how long I have to walk this path.  But whatever it is, I promise to our King, Country and people that I will always put my best towards building a better citizen for better future of our Nation by Dedicating Sincerely.
Nevertheless, how far we came cannot be possible alone. So, Thank You God, and then to all  my family,  friends,  relatives,  colleagues and  principals, "You all have Boosted Me to reach this Far" and need ur support henceforth too.

Thoughts of Current Demoralization

As said by someone, "the habit of passing the blame onto someone is the sign of being dependent on that Person". Well we know how much the world is dependent on Teachers.  That's why we see a lot of criticism and accusations on the Pay Rise of the Teachers. 

This is a very much hot discussion these days. As soon as you open your facebook,  "Teachers this,  teachers that" fills the page along with other criticism to the Government decision. I never thought our people being a people of religious country  would have such an excruciating grudge for Teachers.

Though, I understand some teachers have become teachers by chance but, at least they opted it which must be their karmic reward.  And this is a Nobel profession, which have to be Answered someday .

Teachers don't just teach, you know that clearly. I mean besides teaching, they are a doctor, a dancer, a singer, a counsellor, a barbar,  a cook,  security guard, and many more, though it differs a bit from one school to another.

You know what, we parents love our kids so much and don't feel like keeping them out of our sight. But we also do have a greater expectations from them. Simultaneously, we also want them to be a good humane and have a brighter future.

And we know that it is teachers, who can shape the life of our children. Otherwise we wouldn't send our children to school. In fact,  we trust our Teachers. Therefore, try to analyze . Why are you so much against teacher?  Why do u keep blaming them all the time?

Remember, how was our time? Compare!  Didn't the time change? How are children being treated today?  Moreover, our children today are getting exposed to lot of opportunities. Do u think only parents guiding them? NO, it is also our Teachers who help the kids to sieve the goods from the bads . Moreover,  they are the ones who stays more with our children not parents. Infact, do we parents have time for that? Come on, world has changed, you can see it and we have become more busy with gadgets than what is there and happening around us.

Therefore, it is our teachers who does that and they also tries to smoothen the childrens' path of  life...  They know that children need to be guided and supported regularly. These teachers risk their life with their family for others'.

So just comparing, blaming and demoralizing teachers will not work.  Boost them, help them in shaping our children, otherwise we will be the Loser. Children are our future and who builds those children?

Finally,  you cannot make your children to top by keeping the Teachers at the last. So be positive. Remember, what your teacher taught. Teachers will never teach u wrong! We would have been LOST, if it was not for our teachers.

Well, this piece is purely based on my experience as a student,  adult and as a teacher too. Lastly,  I pray PEACE PREVAILS everywhere. 🙏
